Valley Elementary School Gift Project

On December 3, 2011, RB Sunrise Rotary Club assisted a parent's group at Valley Elementry School in Poway with a gift fair. This is the second year that RB Sunrise has assisted in this project.
The parent's group provided the craft materials for gifts
and gift bags that the children could make. RB Sunrise Rotary provided
a breakfast of juice, milk, cereal, banana, grapse and breakfast
pastry. RB Sunrise Rotary also provided a choice gifts for the
children. Assisting RB Sunrise Rotary were members of the Interact
Rotary Club of Scripps Ranch High School and members of Club Rotario
Tijuana Milenio Minarete. Children from low income families benefited
from this project by being able to make a gift for someone. Without
this project, most of the children would not be able to participate in
the gift giving season.
