The RB Sunrise Rotary welcomed two new members to their club at this week's breakfast meeting.

Mark Hoaglin, president of RB-based Growth Coach (Executive coaching) and Poway marriage counselor Diane Homes were initiated into the club with a whoop and a cheer.

"This is probably the most dynamic group of professionals to be found in north county" said Homes, explaining her choice of RB Sunrise Rotary over a plethora of other choices. "These guys are great and refuse to take themselves too seriously, even as they address the serious needs of the community around them."

Added Hoaglin: "This is a great place to be to escape the pressures of the world and remember what camaraderie is all about."

A group of 65 professionals of every stripe, the RB Sunrise Rotary is now in its 21st year of helping seniors, students, and the less fortunate. "Anyone who believes Rotary is just a group of old men who get together to swap stories of their youth hasn't been paying attention." said club president Kendra Jeffcoat, noting "We're in every community, in every country. We're men and women, every age, every nationality. We're your neighbor and your friend. And we're leading the way to make the world a better place."

"I like this group because it's dozens of professionals representing every imaginable discipline" observed realtor Carly Bohnsack, who joined the club this past January. "We have north county's decision-makers in this room - bankers, journalists, lawyers, educators.some people I can really learn from as my career evolves." Rotary members at this club range in age from 24 to 89.
