President Al In the RB Spirit of the Fourth Parade

On the Fourth of July, President Al Watson represented RB Sunrise Rotary by being one of the VIP's in the RB Spirit of the Fourth Parade. This participation was important because RB Sunrise Rotary was one of the many organizations that were represented in the parade. Many of the people who were watching the parade may have had few other opportunities to know about Rotary, so seeing the president in the parade was great exposure. Because of overheard comments about our donations, RB Sunrise Rotary has made a definite impact in our community.

Other RB Sunrise Rotarians also participated in the parade activities. Kendra Jeffcoat, 2008-2009 Past President, and her husband Jay were announcing and doing commentary on Bernardo Center Drive. Past President Nasrin Barbee was a VIP driver in the parade.
