A shout-out to Vicky Zien and Anvil of Hope's weekend event which helped girls and boys see improvement in their baseball skills and feel greater confidence. There was plenty of sunshine, a photobooth, facepainting, reps from Dave & Busters, and a festival mood combined with pro coaching including former Padre, Jerald Clark. We also got to see the uniforms made possible by our Club grant with three Bell Blazers participating that day. Exciting stuff!
