Membership Chair Jana Markley has announced the implementation of the New Member Mentorship Program.  This program that was formulated by member Mark Burdette will be implemented with the help of Tom Richards.  New red badge members will have seasoned blue badge members assigned to assist them in completing their blue badge requirement.
The blue badge requirements are listed in a document that is in the Club Documents area of the club website.  The content of that document is presented below.

"Red Badge" to "Blue Badge" Checklist

1. Be a greeter at the club meeting
2. Lead the pledge once at a club meeting
3. Do the thought for the day once at a club meeting
4. Attend a club board meeting
5. Attend a district-level meeting (2 points)
6. Attend one meeting at another Rotary club
7. Join a committee, participate in a service project, and/or
    participate in a club project   (1 point each)
8. Give a "Who am " speech
9. Bring in a new member (3 bonus points)
10. Attend a new member Fireside Chat

Total points goal  = 10 points
