Microcredit Information

One of the ways that Rotary Clubs are making a difference is by funding microcredit programs throughout the world. In these programs, small amounts of money are loaned to individuals that normal banks would not consider.  These small loans allow the "clients" to begin businesses that allow them to make an income to support their families and repay the loans.  Over many countries and culturally diverse regions, the repayment rate is over 95 percent.
