During Governor Larry's official visit to the Rancho Bernardo Sunrise
Rotary Club, a Paul Harris Fellowship was awarded to Kate Voeller,
15-month old granddaughter of DGN Carl Kruse. This represents the sixth
PHF award to Carl's family and makes it a 100% Paul Harris Family!
