On Sept 21, 2010 Rancho Bernardo Sunrise Rotary welcomed four new members into their midst:
Michael Luevano – A strategic internet marketing professional with Blackwood Industries in RB
Judith Ambrosini – A realtor with Windermere Real Estate who recently relocated to RB from northern California
Demerie Hill – Currently a volunteer at San Diego Hospice who is exploring new opportunities
Jim Stewart - Executive Director at Sharper Counsel, LLC in San Diego
All are joining Rotary – or in Mr. Stewart’s case re-joining after a stint in Seattle - with just one idea in mind – to help those around them.
“Rotary is a great place to make a difference” said Ms. Ambrosini “And the RB Sunrise club is a place full of energy, of personality, and yes – of characters. It’s the place I want to be!”
Now in its 105th year, Rotary has grown steadily over the years and
currently has well over 1.2 million members in almost 34,000 clubs
worldwide.
“These are precisely the kinds of people we want to have in Rotary” observed past president Carl Kruse, adding “they’re professional, enthusiastic, and willing to offer their talents and their services to the betterment of the community at large. We’re delighted to have them joining us at the award-winning RB Sunrise Rotary Club.”
The 63+ business and community leaders in the RB Sunrise Rotary meet for breakfast every Tuesday at 7 am at the Country Club of RB on Greens East Road in RB. Professionals from throughout the region are invited to attend for some of the finest camaraderie to be found in north county, and prospective members are always welcome.
