RB Sunrise to Host a Dozen DGE's for a Hospitality Dinner
RB Sunrise Rotary again this year is hosting a dinner party! Our guests will be DGE's from a dozen districts around the world.
Every January for at least the last 8 years, District 5340 has been the host district for the Rotary International Assembly. This training assembly is a mandatory training event that all District Governor-Elects from around the world must attend.
Again this year, Rotary clubs in our district are hosting these district governor-elects at hospitality events.  The countries represented in our RB Sunrise Rotary event are: India, Chile, Australia, USA, Canada, Norway, Brazil and Indonesia.
This is an opportunity for members of our club to meet these incoming district governors for the 2018-2019 and to learn what their districts are doing.  Each of these guests will have an opportunity to present their district while Peter Meisen projects their district's website and a maps of their district.  Sign up and learn about Rotary in other places in the world.
The location for this event on Wednesday, Jan 17, 2018 is the Meridian on 700 Front Street at 5:30 pm. Again this year the event will be catered by the Athens Market Taverna.  The menu is a buffet with the following items:
