PROGRAM:
Alcatraz reveals stories of American incarceration, justice, and our common humanity. This small island was once a fort, a military prison, and a maximum security federal penitentiary. In 1969, the Indians of All Tribes occupied Alcatraz for 19 months in the name of freedom and Native American civil rights. More than 2.3 million people are behind bars in the United States.

And when you think that “everybody has heard this before”, remember that on average about 15 members were either not at the meeting or were not even members the last time you did your Who Am I. Your Who Am I can also be a What I Do. Try to keep it short :)

If you have difficulty selecting a topic, consult www.rotary.org or the Rotary magazine. If you have a position in the club, it is always great to brief the members on what the job entails, how much time it takes, how it contributes to the club, etc.
