Rancho BEERnardo - A Great Success!

On Saturday afternoon, Oct 22, 2016, RB Sunrise Rotary in partnership with The Urge Gastropub, held the club's only fundraising event for the year, Rancho BEERnardo. For the first time in 3 years, this IPA Festival was held in Rancho Bernardo at Webb Park. In addition to a great location, the weather was also great this year. Even though the day was warm, there was plenty of shade available because of the trees in the park. Early reports indicate that a record amount of money was raised this year. Club members also received numerous positive comments about this year's event
Because of event promotion on banners on light poles around RB and an article in Westways magazine, attendees came not only from our local community, but from Los Angeles! Rancho Bernardo Rotary Club would like to thank all of sponsors and volunteers whose joint efforts made this event such a great success. All of the funds raised will be used to fund the many community projects and support multiple nonprofit groups in our community.
Plans will be starting soon this event next year. We look forward to even more community support next year as we build for the future.
