Nov 2015 Project Mercy House Build in Mexico

On Nov 7, 2015, 10 RB Sunrise Rotarians and 11 other volunteers built a house in the eastern area of the Tijuana region west of Otay Mesa Border crossing. At the end of the day the house only needed to have the tar paper and shingles installed and minor trim work completed. Keys for the house were presented to the family - a father, wife, and 3 children
